As the original luxury Las Vegas hotel, Caesars Palace Las Vegas Hotel successfully maintained its prestigious luxury status by renovations and expansions. It is still one of the most luxurious Las Vegas hotels.
Caesars Palace added the 1134-room Palace Tower in November, 1997 and the 46-floor high Augustus Tower with another 949 rooms in August, 2005. On March 25, 2003, the hotel opened The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, the 4,296-seat venue specially built for Celine Dion's show "A New Day". In January, 2008, Caesars Palace refurbished the Forum Tower.

Hyakumi Restaurant and Sushi Bar
The Hyakumi (pronounced yah-COO-me, translated "100 tastes") Restaurant offers traditional and innovative contemporary Japanese favorites in the serene atmosphere of a Japanese garden Restaurant. When you make your reservations, be sure to specify your choice of seating in the Teppan Yaki section -- where a chef will prepare your dinner at a tableside grill -- or a la carte dining. The sushi bar, which overlooks the casino and Cleopatra's Barge Nightclub, offers an extensive menu of the freshest sushi and sashimi, with a varied beverage selection that includes Japanese beer and several fine sakes. Waitresses in authentic kimonos and obis and stunning interior decor contribute to the restaurant's atmosphere of graceful hospitality -- honoring a centuries-old tradition of Japanese fine dining. The restaurant (dinner only) and the sushi bar are open Tuesday through Saturday. Jackets are optional for gentlemen. Reservations suggested.
Empress Court
Overlooking the spectacular Garden of the Gods swimming pools and gardens, the Empress Court was inspired by the superb dining destinations in Hong Kong. Order a la carte, or select one of two multi-course feasts. The menu also spotlights varied Asian fare, including Malay, Thai and Indonesian delicacies -- meticulously prepared and beautifully presented. Giant kitchen fresh water and salt water aquaria house daily shipments than can include live rock cod, dungeness crab and lobster. Jackets are suggested for gentlemen. Neros
A la carte selections of prime steaks aged to perfection, fresh seafood and fish flown in daily, lamb, chicken and veal spotlight the talents of Neros master chef Daniel Sturm, and his talented culinary team. Nothing is ordinary at Neros. The crab cakes, Caesar Salad and fallen chocolate souffle (mmm!) have been feature in national television broadcasts. Neros serves dinner seven nights weekly. Terrazza
Terrazza (pronounced tear-ahtz-ah) is the name of the new 220-seat restaurant and lounge in the Garden of the Gods pool area. Italian for terrace, Terrazza is located on the pool level at the juncture of the Roman Tower and the new Palace Tower, and features country rustic Italian cuisine.
The new facility features an exhibition kitchen, authentic, wood-burning, brick pizza oven and both interior dining and dining alfresco on a poolside terrace. Serving dinner only, Terrazza's glass-enclosed pavilion seating offers a full view of the pool and gardens. The restaurant can be accessed through the Palace Casino and Palace Tower. Terrazza's plush lounge spotlights the performances of live jazz trios Wednesday through Sunday evenings.

This restaurant offers the chef1s Hawaiian-themed fusion signature cuisine. The 808 menu offers a variety of seafood appetizers and main courses. Chef de Cuisine Wesley Coffel also prepares veal, beef, chicken and lamb entr?es. The dessert offerings tempt anyone with a love of tropical fruits, ice cream or delicious sweets.
La Piazza
The La Piazza Food Court offers nine outlets: an international bakery, which offers flaky croissants and just-baked cinnamon rolls, as well as rich pastries and other tempting breakfast and dessert favorites; a New York-style deli; the American Grill; a pasta and pizza stop; a Chinese selection; a Japanese entry; a Mexican eatery; a salad bar; and a sumptuous ice cream fountain.
